ISLPED is the premier forum for presentation of innovative research in all aspects of low power electronics and design, ranging from process technologies and analog/digital circuits, simulation and synthesis tools, system-level design and optimization, to system software and applications.

Highlights of ISLPED 2017 Technical program:

There will be three keynote speeches and several invited talks by industry and academic thought leaders on key issues in low power electronics and design:

– First day: Dr. Nicky Lu, Etron Technology, Talk title: A New Silicon Age 4.0: Generating Semiconductor-Intelligence Paradigm with a Virtual Moore’s Law Economics and Heterogeneous Technologies

– Second day: Prof. Todd Austin, Univ. of Michigan, Talk title: Peering into the Post Moore’s Law World

– Third day: Prof. Wen-Mei Hwu, UIUC, Talk title: Architecture and Software for Emerging Low-Power Systems

Special session: Resilient and Energy-Secure Power Management

The main technical program features 38 papers, 15 posters, and design contest demos.

The conference also includes a banquet with Chinese artwork show/live jazz, and excursions to TSMC Museum of Innovation, an award-winning whisky distillery and famous Taiwan night markets.
