SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
You can register (by October 15, 2018, 11:59 p.m. (PST)) and submit (by October 22, 2018, 11:59 p.m. (PST)) your paper at https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=host2019. The page limit is 10 pages, double column, IEEE format, with a minimum font size of 11 pt.
