IMPORTANT DATES:
Proposal submission Deadline: June 5, 2019
Notification Date: June 10, 2019

1) Workshop/tutorial proposals should be one to two pages long and must include the following information:
– Title of the Workshop/Tutorial
– Organizers and their affiliations (including short bios)
– Expected duration of the workshop/tutorial; i.e., half day or full day
– If the workshop/tutorial was previously held, provide the location (i.e., which conference), date, number of published papers (if any), and number of attendees at the last event
– Provide a sample call for papers and workshop main topics (for a workshop proposal)
– Provide the abstract of the tutorial (for a tutorial proposal)

2) Proposals should highlight a plan for ensuring diversity in invited speakers, tutorial presenters, and organizing and selection committees (if applicable)

3) Submit workshop and tutorial proposals (1 to 2 pages) to wt.micro52@gmail.com
